Refund policy

Most of our orders are shipped 24-48 hours from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date.

If you need your item(s) sooner please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Pink Melon Swimwear does not accept returns or exchanges, if you have a question on fit or design send an email to:

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear we don't accept returns, should you not wish to keep your item we prefer you keep or pass your purchase on to a family member or friend. 

Please note all items sold on this website are final sale are not eligible for exchange or return. If you have any questions, please be sure to reach out to pinkmelonswimwear@yahoo.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
